These terms cover your use of goodkernelsnacks.com and anything you buy from it. The site is run by Good Kernel Snacks LLC ("Good Kernel," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it or approve it. Children under 13 should not use the site to send us any personal information. Please give us accurate information and keep your account login to yourself.

2. Our popcorn

Ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts are printed on every package. Always read the package before eating, because it is the final word. Movie Theater Butter is not dairy-free. Follow the cooking directions on the bag: popped popcorn, the bag and the steam are hot. Popcorn can be a choking hazard for young children.

3. Orders and prices

Popcorn is sold in 12-packs, with a minimum of two 12-packs per order. The Variety Pack is one 12-pack of each flavor.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or tax until checkout.
Quantities are limited and some products may sell out. We may limit quantities per customer and may cancel orders that look fraudulent, are placed for resale, or misuse a promotion.
If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it is confirmed.
Your order is accepted when it ships, not when you get a confirmation email. You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it is locked in.

4. Promotions and free gifts

Free popcorn bucket: one free bucket with any order of 3 or more 12-packs, while supplies last. One per order, no cash value, and it may ship separately.
Free shipping: free standard shipping on orders of 4 or more 12-packs shipped within the United States.
Discount codes are single use unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
We may change or end any promotion at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion, including by placing multiple orders or using multiple accounts.

When you subscribe, you get 15% off each subscribed item, and your order ships automatically every month until you cancel. Each month we charge the payment method you saved at the then-current subscription price, plus shipping and tax. We will tell you before any price change takes effect. You can cancel, skip or change your subscription anytime on the Manage Subscription page or by emailing support@goodkernelsnacks.com. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that month's charge.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8.00 and express is $15.00, or free under the offer above.
Orders to Canada are handled by our partner Passport, which may collect duties and taxes at checkout and has its own terms.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to your shipping address.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email support@goodkernelsnacks.com with your order number and a photo.

7. Returns and refunds

Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because our products are food, we don't accept returns. See our Refund Policy for the details.

8. Gift cards

Good Kernel gift cards never expire and carry no fees. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it.

9. Texts and emails

If you sign up for texts or emails, you agree to receive the messages described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts, reply HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Reviews and what you send us

Reviews should describe your own honest experience. Tell us in your review if you got the product for free. By posting a review, photo or other content, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display and share it to promote Good Kernel. We may moderate or remove content that is offensive, off-topic or misleading.

Some creators who talk about Good Kernel are paid partners or earn a share of sales.

11. Using the site

The Good Kernel name, logos, designs, photos and site content belong to us or our partners. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Do not misuse the site, including by scraping it, interfering with checkout, or getting around purchase limits. Kernel Catch and other games on the site are just for fun and award no prizes unless we say so in writing. Keep leaderboard initials appropriate; we may remove any entry.

12. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Disputes

If you have a problem, email support@goodkernelsnacks.com first, and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. California law governs these terms. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless you can bring it in small claims court.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new version is posted, and we will update the date at the top.
