Where We Ship
We ship across the United States and to Canada. Canadian orders go through our partner Passport, which shows duties and taxes at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

When It Ships
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). Launches and restocks can take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check on it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Need to Change Something?
You have 2 hours after ordering to change your address or anything else. Email support@goodkernelsnacks.com with your order number.
Something Went Wrong?
If your box shows up damaged, missing items or with the wrong flavor, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
